BedMart was founded by Steven Stone and is a family-owned and operated mattress store that began in 1992, as a one store operation in SE Portland. The company has now expanded into NW Washington and Hawaii, with the goal to help local communities get a great night's sleep. BedMart has also started to expand to offer furniture at some of its locations.

The BedMart Furniture location is located in the old industrial area off Queen K Highway.
