From Our Ohana to Yours We are a neighborhood food truck specializing in Napoli style pizza for our community. All of our pizzas are made-to-order in a kiawe wood-fire oven that weighs 4,000 lbs and cooks at 900 degrees. The owner, Ty, is an experienced baker who has worked with some of the best bakers and chefs at the Four Seasons Resort at Wailea. Ty is also the former co-owner of Blue Door Bread Company, that specialized in sourdough breads.
