Lahaina Sushi Ko started off as a vision of the type of restaurant we've always dreamed of. A restaurant where we could serve the type of food our guests would enjoy eating and we would enjoy sharing. Our vision has come to life in the form of Lahaina Sushi Ko. A wonderful restaurant in the heart of Lahaina on this beautiful island called Maui. We would like to thank everyone who believed in us and helped make our restaurant a reality.
