Bubbles - The Balloon Lady

SpecialtiesI entertain the guests at your Baby's 1st Birthday Luau, Child's Birthday Party at any age, or Corporate Family Event with Face Painting and Balloon Twisting! Bubbles - The Balloon Lady comes dressed in a Polk-a-dot Clown Costume, with no face paint on myself, as that scares some little children. I'm fun and colorful and not scary! I love giving the children just what they ask for in Face Painting and Balloon Art. I do have an extensive menu of options to choose from and look forward to delighting the guests at your party or event!
