Truth. I typed in dive bars in Hilo. JoAnn's Lounge bar popped up. It's one of the better places I've chosen. One drink deep and I was offered a remarkable plate full of food. Met dude named Hale....

Great mello place during the afternoons. I hear it gets busy at night with karaoke. Great people who work there and free pupus. Food is good. Sports on several TVs. Local hangout which are the best
