Smallest premier lounge for Hawaiian Airlines. It isn't staffed. You need to scan your boarding pass to gain entry and the scanner doesn't work all the time. So you can keep trying to scan your...

there is no staff so everything is self serve . They have coffee and soft drinks only and the tiny bags of snacks they serve in coach class . Surprised they don't have first class snacks here ....

Premier Lounge is open. Website says it's closed. Near Gate 10. Scan your ticket to access as there is no employee in lounge. Tiny lounge but has AC. Has Pau Hana snack bags, soda, coffee. Free...

Well, I finally flew enough to get Premier Club Access ! It did ZERO good as the scanner to let you in KOA's Itty bitty lounge is a paper weight at best. Thanks, Alot Hawaiian
