We stumbled upon this restaurant on the long drive from the falls back to our hotel. It was a GREAT surprise. Wonderful and flavorful salads and the pizza got our NY/NJ stamp of approval....

Everything I have had here I have enjoyed .. staff is always great.. the steak I had was absolutely amazing!! Just large enough that your not squashed up to close others.. really great place !

What a great italian spot in Waimea. Extremely friendly and attentive staff, quiet ambiance, amazing dishes. Came here on a whim and will definitely be our spot to eat when in the area.

Merriman's Restaurant

Merriman's is a dining and meeting facility that offers a selection of food items and beverages. Its menu includes pig and sweet onion quesadillas, lamb spring rolls, steamed Manila clams, and Caesar, spinach and shrimp salads. The restaurant also serves marinated mahimahi, blackened strip loins of beef and Kahua ranch naturally raised lamb.
