This is the introduction of warm triple filtered water in and out of the colon that loosens and softens the stool, followed by cool water fills which induces the colon to contract and release toxins. Think of it as an internal bath that helps cleanse the colon of poisons, gas, accumulated debris and fecal matter! During your cleansing process, I provide an abdominal massage to stimulate the colon to recover its natural shape, tone, and peristaltic wave action. Essential oil blends are provided throughout the process to relax, release and support your experience. At the end of each session I go over detailed after care instructions and provide you with complimentary kombucha and a probiotic which helps restore good bacteria for your gut!
