Dan Wolf founded Wolf Realty in February, 2004. Dan had accumulated 10 years of broad based real estate experience prior to founding his own brokerage, having spent his first year in the business with a local real estate firm, followed by 9 years with one of the major brokerage companies. Land, its enjoyment, intrinsic value, and use, has been one of Dan's passions for a large part of his life, leading to a career in his cherished profession. Dan understands that the use and development of land should be done in ways that respect the legitimate concerns of neighboring property owners, but also in ways that acknowledge the rights and liberties of landowners to use or sell their property to others for uses that creatively and economically allow for quality development of their property. Wolf Realty does not advocate land uses that would harm neighboring property owners and is committed to quality development in our county. Dan and the Wolf Realty team believe this philosophy demonstrates the 'Golden Rule' principle and is also in accord with our United States Constitution. Dan has acquired considerable knowledge in land values, evaluation of potential uses, zoning issues, along with a good understanding of market dynamics and realities, and has been very successful in wisely applying this knowledge resulting in the bringing of quality development to Forsyth County. Dan and Wolf Realty will continue operating under a 'good neighbor' philosophy and this essential and ethical approach to the process of listing and selling land for new development or private enjoyment is and always will be the Wolf Realty way!
