Overlooking Piedmont Park since 1913, The Wilburn House has evolved into a modern residence with an interesting design. It is immediately adjacent to the park.
In 2000, the building was totally renovated and expanded, in the same design as the original part. All of the parts are united by a common area that overlooks the park. It is managed by Coro Realty Advisors.
