The office of the president of the University of Georgia is housed in the Administration Building on north campus. This historic building, built with money donated by philanthropist George F. Peabody, was built 1905 as a new home for the university library. In the years since it has also served as a home for the Georgia Museum of Art. An extensive renovation removed bricks from large windows and revealed the building's lovely craftsmanship. Other university top administrators, assistants and secretaries also have offices in this building.
