History
I graduated Suma cum laude 4.0 from Gwinette college in 2013 and began my business about a year into my practice. I have a passion for the art of massage and it shows in everything I do. I love to go the extra mile to ensure satisfaction. I enjoy giving back to my community through my massage. As a youth I enjoyed giving free massages to family and friends as a way of giving when I did not have the financial means. Now I see massage as a way of giving to the world at large. Massage is a gift that brings relief from daily aches and pains but also provides the mind and the body with a mini vacation. Many neuro-chemicals are released into the brain during massage such as Dopamine, Serotonin and Beta endorphins which is why massage can manage the stress of daily life and make you happier.
Specialties
I specialize in Therapeutic relaxation and am the best of both worlds. For problems such as lower back pain studies show that therapy is not enough, relaxation also helps reach therapeutic outcomes. I specialize in Lomi Lomi a hawaiian style of massage, Hot stone massage, Neuromuscular therapy, triggerpoint therapy, Shiatsu, and Swedish massage. My pressure is moderate to deep but if you require more pressure than this I can do deep tissue. Moderate to deep is all that is needed for therapeutic outcomes but more pressure is a preference and a requirement for many.
