Veranda At Collegetown is a living community for active seniors ages 62 and over. It features one-bedroom apartments near college campuses, downtown and MARTA. YWCA nearby will pick-up and drop-off residents who like to attend classes and special activities. There are 100 units, currently at capacity, with a waiting list. Students from nearby college campuses often volunteer.
