Located in the back south side of The Peach shopping center off Peachtree Road, The Training Zone offers customized workouts for individual clients or for groups. All sessions are by appointment only and can be booked/rescheduled online. Pull behind the shopping center for parking or park in the front of the shopping center and take the stairs down to the lower level.
