BLACK MOLD growing on the inside of my windows after heavy rains. Filed an EMERGENCY maintenance ticket and have received ZERO response.

This is across the two lane highway. It's very busy and this grass isn't supposed to be used for dogs.

Turf area - can't have your pups out here playing. No doggy community time. However, kids can be running around screaming til 3 or 4 am.
