Taylor-Brawner Park is located in Smyrna, GA, off of Atlanta Road one mile south of Smyrna Market Village. It is a great cozy spot for all ages with walking trails, a large playground and covered pavilions. It is the home of two historical buildings, Brawner Hall and Taylor-Brawner House, which can accommodate private event rentals of various sizes.
Parking and public transportation at Taylor-Brawner Park
There is ample free public parking on both sides of the park off of Atlanta Road when there is not an event taking place. MARTA trains do not go to this part of town.
Best and worst time to go to Taylor-Brawner Park
Taylor-Brawner is a great peaceful park to visit whenever weather permits and you're looking to relax and enjoy the green space. It is busiest during the summer, especially during special events, but the main challenge is parking during those times.

Must see/do at Taylor-Brawner Park
Every Tuesday evening during the summer months the park hosts Food Truck Tuesdays which attract families and friends who enjoy live music and delicious bites. On a normal day, the playground is great for kids and it's nice to set up shop on the grass or enjoy a walk on the trails.
Other places to visit near Taylor-Brawner Park
Smyrna Market Village is a great spot for small shops, restaurants and bars. Bella's Pizza is a local pizza joint close by that is very family-friendly. West Village and the Vinings are other small shopping/eating districts within a 10 minute drive.
