Exhibit One is a Manufacturer of Dry Erase wallcoverings, dry erase boards, Low Gloss Dry Erase Coating, TACKABLE Cork-Based wallcovering, and assorted other products used in commercial visual communications. Our Dry Erase wallcoverings include 60" wide Gloss and Projection dry erase surfaces, 48" - 60" wide Magnet Receptive dry erase surfaces in both gloss and projection finishes. We manufacture a patented Low Gloss, Single-Component, Clear Dry Erase Coating. We recently added a one of a kind Cork-based wallcovering called TACK-ABLE that is a much better alternative to the commonly used Linoleum tack surface. TACK-ABLE is less expensive, substantially lighter weight, much more flexible and therefore easier to install than the Linoleum.
