Sweet Dreams Bakery School provides everything you need to succeed in the culinary art of cakes and the sugar arts. All you need to bring is the expectation of having fun learning a satisfying and creative craft. Chef Shari Scott provides additional instruction and information concerning the business aspects of running a successful bakery business in each professional course of study at Sweet Dreams Bakery School, which gives you added value over other schools and classes.
With your 1st three decorating classes, you are given a basic supply kit, along with a student booklet written by Chef Sharie, specific to the class you are taking. This booklet consists of step-by-step instructions, along with Chef Sharie's own recipes, which have been proven to be successful.
As students continue through the various classes, they will have the use of the entire bakery's vast collection of cutters, molds and other tools ,as well as fondant and gum paste as needed. A comprehensive list of recommended tools and equipment will be provided to enhance any pursuits beyond your Sweet Dreams Bakery School training.
Classes are intentionally small and intimate so that individual attention is devoted to each student. The goal is to learn all you can to be successful and to have fun doing it.
