History
As a personal fitness trainer, Stella has been leading her clients to success since 2003. In 2012, she became certified as a CrossFit Level I Instructor and 2017 she got her CrossFit Level II. She offers one-on-one personal training or small groups, including weight loss and nutritional coaching. She works with all ages but specializes working with 60+ populations who strive to maintain a high quality of life and functionality well up to their 90s.
