RiverCenter for the Performing Arts is a cultural center includes a more than 2,000-seat Bill Heard Theatre. The center organizes various Broadway shows, symphonic and pop concerts, dance performances, lectures and conferences. It features orchestra, mezzanine and balcony seating. RiverCenter for the Performing Arts maintains an over 240,000-square-foot facility. Its theater hosts a variety of performers, including classical artists such as Yo-Yo Ma, Itzhak Perlman and Jessie Norman. The center s theater also organizes events of entertainers that include Bill Cosby, David Copperfield and Wynonna. RiverCenter for the Performing Arts additionally hosts international ensembles such as the Israel Philharmonic Orchestra, Moscow Boys Choir and Cirque loize.
