Joe Sharpe has sharpened hundreds of thousands knives in his career. He relocated his business to Atlanta in 2018 and has quickly become the preferred knife sharpener in the Atlanta Metro area. We now have a new location inside the Johns Creek Ace Hardware Store in Alpharetta!

We take the time to actually sharpen each of our knives by hand to ensure quality, performance and endurance . We do not use hollow grinders because repeated use makes the knives too thin and brittle which can cause the knife to chip and fall into your food.
