South Georgia Banking Company, which opened its doors as a commercial bank in August 1990, focuses primarily on the banking needs of businesses, individuals and agricultural enterprises. The bank offers personal and business checking and savings accounts, as well as money market accounts, personal and business loans, mortgages and certificates of deposits. It also offers agricultural, municipal and commercial leasing for equipment. South Georgia Banking Company has two branches in Turner and Crisp Counties in Georgia.
