History
My father, the founder, has owned many Mediterranean cuisines in the past. This would be our 4th actual establishment. We moved here from overseas and my father found his passion in food immediately upon living here in the United States because he wanted to share with everyone the delight and flavorful foods of the Middle East. To this day, he still finds joy in sharing these foods with us.

Out of the twenty plus years in the food service business dedicated strictly to Mediterranean delicacies, Our most popular dish would be the Koobideh Kabob - Two skewers of juicy charbroiled seasoned ground beef served with Basmati rice (sprinkled with the purest saffron), grilled mushrooms, tomatoes and green bell peppers.
