An appalling hack job by a "repair" person. A 7-year-old could have done this if set free with scissors.

Lining itself was also hacked up by the Sandy Springs repair people. No way to attach new zipper. My Cole Hahn purse murdered!

Guy cut into the leather seam of a Cole Hahn purse instead of just cutting into the lining only for a small new inside zipper.

Repairman cut a seam in the leather pieces of a Cole Hahn purse in order to replace a zipper inside the lining. Cut lining only!
