The Open Mind Center focuses on holistic health and is primarily a yoga studio. It offers a variety of yoga classes ranging from Hatha, Svaroopa and even yoga for kids. The Center sells books, jewelry, relaxing soaps, fragrances and candles. Lunch is served daily, and there is a sitting area for relaxing. The atmosphere is calming and Wi-Fi is free. The instructors are certified in their areas of expertise and the staff is very friendly.
