Rosebud Elementary School, 4151 Rosebud Rd, Loganville, GA 30052, US

Located in the South Gwinnett cluster, J.C. Magill Elementary School was opened in Loganville in August 1996 to relieve overcrowding in Norton, Grayson and Britt elementary schools. The school was given its name in honor of J.C. "Chris" Magill, an officer with the Gwinnett County DUI task force and member of the local community who lost his life in the line of duty in May 1993. As a result of this, the school maintains a close partnership with the Gwinnett County Police Department. Forty-six percent of the school's student population qualify for the free or reduced lunch programs. The school has 91 classrooms, 10 portable classrooms, three computer labs, two art and music rooms, a large media center, two gyms, and a large cafeteria.
