Paulding County EMA supports local officials, businesses and citizens as they plan and prepare for disasters. Should a major incident occur, EMA conducts a damage assessment that could result in a disaster declaration, which can provide assistance to individuals, businesses, nonprofits and local governments. The EMA also supports disaster relief programs at the state and federal levels, and coordinates immediate aid from local organizations to affected families.
This location is also the second of 11 fire stations in Paulding County. The Paulding County Fire Department works to suppress fires when they occur; provides emergency medical response in life-threatening emergencies; conducts inspections, investigations and code enforcement related to fire service; and promotes fire prevention.
