Invoice description with a sense of humor

Top back looking at messed up pipe since questionable repair. This is criminal, in my opinion!

My water heater, pipes & exterior shell, under 4 yrs old, once pristine, after a questionable & alleged "water drop mysteriously appeared"

this was the separated pipe never addressed until 2 days later. It was forced apart and on day 3, a handy piece of PVC pipe was then added!
