Located in Bloomingdale, Georgia, just outside Savannah. Omega Steel was founded in 1979 by Drexel Taylor, President and Ken Reddick ( Now Retired ). Marion Lincoln joined the company in 1980 as Chief Engineer and now serves as Vice President. Wayne Wheeler joined the company in 1987 as Chief Estimator and Purchasing Agent. Hugh Butler joined the team in 1999 as head of Outside Sales. Together this team represents years of combined experience in structural steel fabrication and erection. Centrally located and minutes from interstates I-95 and I-16, Omega Steel delivery trucks are just a few hours from any jobsite in Georgia, Florida, South Carolina, North Carolina, Alabama or Virginia thus insuring prompt and timely delivery of materials to any commercial, industrial or military jobsite. We also have been known to service other areas of the US as well as the Caribbean. Omega Steel has two large fabrication facilities totaling 40, 000 square feet of covered floor space.
