Next Level Computers was founded in 2005 with a clear goal, to facilitate affordable, simple, and a very Professional Level Information Technology (IT) services to small and medium-sized businesses. The company's founder, with his background in Enterprise Level IT, B2B sales, and management experience, realized that this level of service was only really available to large companies with large in house IT departments with very large budgets. The SMB or small and medium-sized market business owner had to contend with poor service at a high cost from unqualified or unprofessional so called computer experts. In forming this company we hoped to bring the same level of expertise and professionalism to the SMB space as what exists in large companies. To that end, Next Level Computers has developed a unique set of processes and methodologies following best practices developed for larger companies, allowing Next Level Computers to provide a very high level of service at a very reasonable costs.
