Holy Fellowship Church of God in Christ found its perfect location on Centerville Highway in Snellville after being in three different Decatur-area locations. Now that they have "come home," the pastor, Dr. Michael J. Paden Jr., and the congregation are focused on creating an atmosphere that celebrates and honors the glory of God and that makes community outreach a priority. Among "the ship's" many services are a mother's board, adult and youth choirs, community outreach programs, a prison ministry, and the Read the Bible in One Year program. An abundance of youth programs are available, including college tours, a youth department for ages 2 through 18 and the Crossroad Ministry for ages 18 through 30. The church strives to develop mature, considerate and community-focused young men and women who will become examples to the community, as today's youth represent tomorrow's church.
