It took 4hrs and they have done way better in the past. This tech told me he would not do my nails again

Polish, shape, and service was all wrong. They were also terribly slow!!

I came in twice within thirty minutes, had a seat and waited to be helped. There were only 5 techs & 4 customers. 10 minutes went by without anyone saying as little as "Hello." Will never return.
