Heritage Elementary School provides elementary education, and serves students in grades prekindergarten through five. The school is located in College Park, Ga., and enrolls more than 900 students. Heritage Elementary School emphasizes upon active learning and high academic achievement. The school s curriculum includes basic studies covering various disciplines, such as English, math, physical education, and science and social studies. It also encourages students to participate in extracurricular activities, such as school productions, dramatic presentations, school festivals, art shows and musical concerts. The school also offers participation in elementary step teams, community service projects and skating parties. It focuses on the development of reading, writing and mathematical skills. Additionally, the school encourages students to participate in football, soccer, softball and offers mentoring and an etiquette club.
