Lithia Spring United Methodist Church, a community institution, which celebrated its 125-year anniversary in 2010, hosts meetings for local chapters of the Boy Scouts of America, Cub Scouts, Civil Air Patrol and Golden Age Club. It has a large sanctuary, as well as a smaller chapel. In addition to the adult choir, it has other musical programs, including hand bells and a children's choir. Wednesday and Sunday are the days for youth program meetings. The cross over the choir in the sanctuary was made from wood from the original church building.
