Kennesaw City Hall is located in historic downtown Kennesaw. Its entrance-way is framed by large, white columns, and the surrounding grounds consist of lush greenery and manicured lawns. City Hall houses the Mayor's office, as well as City Council. The building also serves as a meeting place for Boards and Commissions, including Environmental Committee, Cemetery Preservation Committee, Ethics Board, Kennesaw Development Authority, Kennesaw Downtown Development Authority, License Review Board, Planning Commission, Recreation and Culture Commission, Urban Redevelopment Agency and Ethics Board. Youth Council also meets at City Hall twice a month.
