Jazzercise is an aerobic exercise program that consists of 60-minute group classes. The classes feature a variety of exercises that include elements of kickboxing, yoga, Pilates and dancing, all set to the latest popular music. The workouts are designed to burn calories and tone muscle. The Acworth location offers child care for most classes. The class schedule regularly features five classes per day during the week and one or two classes per day on the weekends and allows you to choose from among seven different instructors.
