Jackson County Comprehensive High School is a public secondary school providing education to students in grades nine through 12. It offers college preparatory courses in various subjects, including fine arts, foreign languages, health and physical education, language arts and mathematics. It additionally provides science, social studies, technical career and support programs. It also has a counseling department providing various career counseling, financial aid and scholarship information programs. The athletic programs of the school include cross country, soccer, football, cheerleading, tennis, golf, wrestling and basketball. The school offers various clubs, such as academic decathlon, academic team, broadcast video production, Carpe Diem, Community Bank and Trust Board and conflict management. The school is a part of the Jackson County School Systems and is located in Jefferson, Ga.
