The party is at Cinda's Ice Cream Social. It is a happy place that's boasts of a great time and a good chat. It has party planning for every occasion. With one phone call to Cinda's, she can plan the party with cake, ice cream and kid karaoke. The ice cream and candy parlor is to the right and the party room is a separate room to the left. Everything is brightly decorated. Themed and off-site parties are also available.
