very poor: from broken room equipment, no housekeeping as advertised , key cards that won't work. bed frames don't keep mattress in place. visible cockroaches. dirty stoves with broken elements....

We got there check in at 3pm. NO ROOMS available but we paid for 2 rooms on Wednesday through Priceline. They had one room cleaned at 4:10pm but it was infested with bugs so we did t stay.
