In 1929, Henri was a French pastry chef for a hotel in downtown Atlanta. His idea was to open a small shop and sell his creations there. Decades later, his great grandson is still selling those confectionery delights. Donuts, eclairs, apple fritters, croissants, biscuits, rolls, rye breads, brownies and cookies are just some of the treats that await. The chefs can also create special items, if they have 24 hours of notice.
