As a nonprofit organization, the Heart of Georgia Hospice offers a range of community-based health care services. Established in 1984, it works to meet the physical, emotional and spiritual needs of the patients. The organization provides hospice care services for patients who suffer from terminal illnesses. The Heart of Georgia Hospice offers assistance with the activities of daily living, including bathing, transportation and feeding.
