This convenience store is along a strip of Glenwood with plenty of other quick marts and gas station stores. Save-Way stands out in that the Austin Plaza Mart in which it is located is tidy, and the attached building's new and well cared for. Other than that, Save-Way's offerings do not stray far from the usual convenience store products. There are diapers, jarred baby food, dog food, loaves of bread, snacks, soft drinks and wine. A coffee machine and a cappuccino machine are self-service as well as a soft ice machine dispensing cherry and raspberry flavors. There is a wall of shame adjacent to the exit, with video captured photographs of customers who have been caught shoplifting. The owners did not say whether this tactic was a crime deterrent to their store.
