Fire Station No. 22 of the Gwinnett County Department of Fire and Emergency Services is located on Stone Drive, just south of the Stone Mountain Freeway (U.S. 78).
The station is adjacent to the Gwinnett Police Department's Southside Precinct.
Station No. 22 is one of 30 stations in Gwinnett County, serving 800,000 residents with 28 engines, eight ladder trucks and 23 advanced life-support medical units. For a map of Gwinnett Fire Stations, click here.
It is one of three fire stations serving the Lilburn area. The other two are Station No. 3 on Five Forks-Trickum Road, and Station No. 2 on Harmony Grove Road. Six to eight firefighters work in 24-hour shifts.
