Etowah High School is operated by the Cherokee County School District and offers enrollment to more than 1,000 students in grades nine through 12. It organizes various events, such as homecoming, Christmas dance and Valentine s dance. It also offers participation in a wide range of activity clubs and organizations, including band, choir, chorus, drama, stage crew, student council, National Honor Society, class council and cheerleading. The school offers various games and sports, such as soccer, basketball, track, tennis, softball, baseball, golf, swimming and cross country.
