World Class Cuts and Style is a sprawling establishment with separate large rooms for barbering and for women's hairstyling. The barbers are located in the front room, 13 stations strong with a waiting area large enough to accommodate 30 patrons. The overhead television is always tuned to ESPN while the television in the back section airs Liftetime. In the back, five hair stylists hold court, their chairs rimming a room with five hooded dryers, four shampoo stations and a dozen waiting area chairs. Both the barbers and the hair stylists will take on entire bridal parties and welcome groups for any event where one's hair is in the spotlight. A soda machine and a snack machine sit in an area between the front and back rooms. At the entrance is a display case with items for sale. Items include du-rags, hair brushes, aftershave lotion, Afro spray and latex gloves. If you want to spruce up your looks with more than just a trim or shampoo, visit one of the salon's two, onsite tattoo artists. Call first as those services are strictly by appointment only.
