Barre & TRX Suspension Training Classes! What is Barre? Infused with high-energy music, each class is broken down into 4 sections: warm-up/upper body work, thigh work, seat work, and abdominals. Using the ballet barre for stability, we focus on small isometric movements to fatigue muscles and deliver targeted, fast results. Exercises are followed by stretching sequences to shape long, lean muscles and improve posture and flexibility. Our programs are designed with the assistance of a physical therapist and offer modifications to tailor the workout to your needs. What is TRX? Our Certified TRX Instructors, have developed a class format that will help you build strength, flexibility, balance, muscular endurance and core stability. Challenging and fun, Elevate's TRX classes are guaranteed to get your heart pumping and make you sweat! A complementary, 10-minute TRX Orientation is required prior to your 1st TRX class. It can also be repeated prior to your first few classes to help with proficiency and technique. Class size is limited so reservations are required.
