Each day, at least 10 18-wheeler trucks loaded with about 500,000 pounds of frozen dough make their way across the United States to place the dough in the hands of those who need the frozen good to make bread. The trucks belongs to Country Home Bakers, a subsidiary of J&J Snack Food Corporation. The frozen dough company, based in Atlanta on Metropolitan Parkway, has 200 employees and makes millions of dollars in annual sales - sending its dough to distribution centers, in-store bakeries, food services and many of the nation's school systems.
