S & A Industries was established in 1979 and initially specialized in procurement and installation of floor coverings for regional residential and commercial businesses as well as hotel projects. Over time, our scope broadened widely to include every facet of renovation, our focus sharpened on the hotel and resort industry, and our ability to perform expanded well outside our home base. We have now achieved a national reputation for our quality total renovation work for hundreds of large-scale hotel and resort projects. S & A Industries is actively involved in each stage of the renovation process from design review, through cost analysis and product procurement, to doing the work completely to cover all punchlist items for our clients' acceptance of the finished job.
