Based in Columbus, Ga., the New Horizons Community Service Board is a nonprofit organization providing mental health, developmental disability and addictive diseases services. It is accredited by the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities. It also offers its services for the citizens of west central Georgia.
