$1300/ month is too much. Ceiling fan fell off the ceiling last nite. Installations aren't good. Air. Doesn't stay in.

On going problem. Its very unhealthy. People throw their trash here who doesn't live here, swim here and gate is always broke.

Living here is not safe, gate are always broken. Tonight both are broken. Trash in the middle of the street. And trash bin is always over flowing. Very unsanitary.
